Fundraising & Development
The fundraising and development team generates support for our charity so that we can give people from all backgrounds and nationalities the opportunity to experience a Raleigh expedition. We also work on relationship building with corporate and youth development organisations and helps them decide how a Raleigh expedition or bespoke programme can benefit their employees or members.

Marketing & Recruitment
The marketing and recruitment team is responsible for building relationships with young people, schools, universities, parents, youth organisations and professional organisations to help those thinking of taking or recommending a gap year to decide whether a Raleigh experience is right for them. We're the ones behind the website and other marketing materials, are at the end of the phone if you've got any questions about joining Raleigh and would love to hear your stories about Raleigh or any ideas that you may have. We also deal with media enquiries and can help with case study interviews and image requests.

Operational Support
Once you've applied to come on expedition, the Support team will always be on hand to answer your questions, from how to go about fundraising to what you should pack for an expedition. We ensure that each expedition runs smoothly and that each and every venturer and volunteer manager is fully supported.
